Wild Pathways Wellness

My Specializations

Herbal Remedy

Native and indigegnous cultures have been using the power of herbal remedies for centuries. My goal is to revive this lost wisdom and help my clients achieve balance with the natural world and live in holistic harmony.

Spirituality

Spirituality should be incorporated into care for both serious illness and overall health. Focusing on spirituality in health care means caring for the whole person, not just their disease.

End of Life Doula

I provide emotional, physical, and spiritual support to individuals who are dying and their families. I help facilitate conversations about end-of-life wishes, assist with planning, and offer companionship during the dying process.

Nutrition

Nutrition is a critical part of health and development. Better nutrition is related to improved physical and mental health, stronger immune systems, lower risk of non-communicable dis-ease, and longevity of life.

About Me

I’m an eclectic pagan with a desire to serve.  After my mother passed away from Cancer I found my calling helping others learn about holistic wellness and living in balance with the natural world.

“Allow nature’s peace to flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.”

– John Muir

For Your Health

“Nature holds the key to our aesthetic, intellectual, cognitive and even spiritual satisfaction.”

– EO wilson

How It Works

1.

Book an appointment

We’ll discuss where you’re at, your goals and what you’d like to accomplish.

2.

Creating a plan

I’ll work with you to create a plan to bring you from where you are to where you’d like to be.

3.

Weekly check-ins

I’ll meet with you every week to check in on your progress and come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle.

4.

Track progress

Seeing progress over time helps motivate my clients and can help you identify what’s working well and what might need adjustment.

“Longer term studies looking at brain activity of people after three days of being in nature (without any technology) reveal lower levels of theta activity suggesting that their brains had rested.”

— David Strayer, Professor of Cognition and Neural Science

“When we spend time outside in beautiful places, a part of our brain called the subgenual prefrontal cortex, quiets down, and this is the part of the brain that is associated with negative self-reported rumination”

— Florence Williams

“In clinical studies, we have seen that 2 hours of nature sounds a day significantly reduce stress hormones up to 800% and activates 500 to 600 DNA segments known to be responsible for healing and repairing the body.”

— Dr. Joe Dispenza
